Anusha Satkunanathan

Mrs Anusha Satkunanathan, born in Manipay (SriLanka), grew up with dance. After having absolved the high school in Uduvil she frequented the University of Jaffna. 

 

Achievements : 

​

1979          1st place in solo performance at the all Ceylon dance competition

​

1982          1st place Dance Drama at the all Ceylon dance competition

​

1986          Award as the best Dancer in High School, Uduvil

​

In 1997 she founded her dance school Bharathanjali Nadanalayam in Switzerland. 

​

Achievements:

​

1997            1st place at the drama competition in Zurich

​

2005           title winner in Theater form at Natya Mayil, Solothurn

​

2007           title winner in Theater form at Natya Mayil, Solothurn

​

2017            title winner in Theater form at Natya Mayil, Solothurn

​

2018            1st place  in category classical fusion at Isai Thullal, Solothurn

​

2019            2. place in Theather from at Natya Mayil, Burgdorf

​

During her time as a dance teacher Mrs Anusha Satkunanathan continued to educate herself. For this, she started in 2013 her Bachelor of Fine Arts in India.
